Shawgate Farm is licensed for Civil wedding ceremonies, renewal of marriage vows, baby naming and commitment services.
Situated in the picturesque countryside overlooking the Churnet valley, Shawgate Farm is the ideal location for your wedding venue. Set in 5 acres of grounds, there is plenty of room for parking and a marquee for added space and comfort.
The service itself is held in the dining room which will be decorated to the requirements of the couple and is large enough to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 40 guests including the bridal party.
The wedding breakfast is held in a marquee attached to the dining room, which also has plenty of room for your evening entertainment.
Sample
menus are available but we like each wedding to be tailor made to your
requirements, so we are open to your suggestions for your own menu.
For the evening reception we can arrange a hog roast or buffet which caters for
up to 120 people.
Depending
on your requirements we can also arrange a disco for your entertainment.
To ensure that the day is exactly as you dreamt it, we can be flexible to most requests and can organise various forms of transport.
